Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or launches), processing may take up to 7 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we’ll always do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:

Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before actual arrival

Shipping Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you catch an address error right after purchase, contact us ASAP at [your email]. If your order hasn't shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.
Buy Now, Pay Later Orders
Orders placed using Sezzle, Klarna, Afterpay, or Zip will ship according to the same timeline as other orders. Your installment plan with the BNPL provider does not affect our shipping schedule.
